There are dozens of reasons to become a Georgia Cycling Coach. Check out our list of the Top 5. Then come back to this page.!

So how do you become a coach? It is a straightforward process that begins with a bit of training. We want you to feel ready to work with student-athletes, so we provide upfront training to help you feel competent. This will be necessary before you begin participating with the team.

Georgia Cycling is proudly unlike other youth sports. In some youth sports, all you have to do is raise a hand and you are the head coach of a team. We operate a bit differently because we feel it is in the best interest of the students AND coaches. We commit tremendous resources to provide you with the necessary skills to coach youth cyclists. The training isn’t laborious or overly time-consuming, but we feel it is essential to make sure you don’t feel lost as a coach.
