March 2: Coach and Team Registration Opens for the 2026 TeamMTB Season
March 14-15: Leadership Summit presented by Honda Powersports & Products - Gainesville, GA
April 1: Student-Athlete Registration Opens for the 2026 TeamMTB Season
April 26: Course Marshal Training Day at Road Atlanta
April 30: Final Day for Early Bird Discount pricing for Northside Hospital Race Series
June 30: Final Day for Pre-Season Discount pricing for Northside Hospital Race Series
June 30: All teams must be registered for the 2026 TeamMTB Season
July 1: 2026 Regular Season Begins
July 24:
Deadline for personalized bike plates: all coaches must be registered, and student-athletes must be registered for at least one race event by 11:59 p.m. on this date to receive a race plate with their name printed on it.
Coaches who are fully licensed as Level 1, 2, or 3 Coach by this date will receive a complimentary parking pass for the 2026 Race Series.
August 1: TeamMTB Awards nominations open
August 7: Last day to purchase season parking pass
August 12: Coach registration for the 2026 season closes at 5 p.m.
August 19:
Last day for a student-athlete to register with a local Georgia Cycling team
Last Day to register for the Race Series; after this date, student-athletes must register on a race-by-race basis
Coaches must complete all requirements by 5 p.m. to become a licensed coach for the 2026 season.

August 25: Deadline to register for Race #1
August 29: Race #1 - East Conference, Yonah Preserve, Cleveland, GA
August 30: Race #1 - West Conference, Yonah Preserve, Cleveland, GA
September 9: Deadline for Head Coach or Team Director to submit a Category Placement Petition for the 2026 Season
September 16: Deadline to register for Race #2
September 19: Race #2 - West Conference, Dauset Trails, Jackson, GA
September 20: Race #2 - East Conference, Dauset Trails, Jackson, GA
September 29: Deadline to register for Race #3
October 3: Race #3 - East Conference, Walter B. Williams, Milledgeville, GA
October 4: Race #3 - West Conference, Walter B. Williams, Milledgeville, GA
October 5: TeamMTB Award Nominations Close at 11:59 p.m.
October 13: Deadline to register for Race #4
October 17: Race #4 - West Conference, Allatoona Creek, Acworth, GA
October 18: Race #4 - East Conference, Allatoona Creek, Acworth, GA
October 19: State Qualifying List posted, and State registration opens
October 21: Deadline for qualifying student-athletes to register for the Peach State Championship
October 24: 5th Annual MTB Fest - Kingston Downs, Rome, GA
October 25: Peach State Championship - Kingston Downs, Rome, GA
November 8: End of 2026 Season - no team events after this date
