April 1: Student-Athlete Registration Opens for the 2026 TeamMTB Season

April 30: Final Day for Early Bird Discount pricing for Northside Hospital Race Series

June 30: Final Day for Pre-Season Discount pricing for Northside Hospital Race Series
June 30: All teams must be registered for the 2026 TeamMTB Season

July 1: 2026 Regular Season Begins

July 24: Deadline for personalized bike plates: all coaches must be registered, and student-athletes must be registered for at least one race event by 11:59 p.m. on this date to receive a race plate with their name printed on it

August 1: TeamMTB awards nominations open

August 7: Last day to purchase season parking pass

August 12: Deadline for coach registration

August 19: Last day for a student-athlete to register with a local Georgia Cycling team
August 19: Last Day to register for the Race Series; after this date, student-athletes must register on a race-by-race basis

August 19: Deadline for all Coaches to be compliant

August 19: Deadline to petition for Race #1

August 25: Deadline to register for Race #1

August 29: Race #1 - East Conference

August 30: Race #1 - West Conference

September 9: Deadline for Head Coach or Team Director to submit a Category Placement Petition for the 2026 Season

October 19: State Qualifying List posted, and State registration opens

October 21: Deadline for qualifying student-athletes to register for the Peach State Championship

October 24: 5th Annual MTB Fest - Kingston Downs, Rome, GA

October 25: Peach State Championship - Kingston Downs, Rome, GA

November 8: End of 2026 Season - no team events after this date
